All products of Darodeewar.com are shipped from our head office in Lahore. Delivery time is 2-3 working days for regular orders. A confirmation email is sent out to the customer, notifying him regarding the updated status of his order. In case of any unforeseen delays, customers are notified through email.

• PKR 300 delivery charges will apply on orders below PKR 2999/-
• Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
• Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.
• If there is not a secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.
• All parcels originate from our distribution warehouse in Lahore.
